Data Processing Addendum

Roles

You are the controller of the personal data in your photographs and metadata; Cofactor, LLC is the processor. This addendum is effective October 13, 2026. The business address is 4301 S Flamingo Rd, Ste 106 PMB 610, Davie, FL 33330. Contact support@cofactor.consulting.

Instructions

We process only as instructed through the Service and this addendum.

Sub-processors

Stripe is the payment processor. Each product has its own Stripe account. Stripe processes payment details, and we receive billing status from Stripe. Other sub-processors are the storage, compute, and edge delivery providers used to run the Service. Changes are announced 30 days ahead. The current list is available on request at support@cofactor.consulting.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, scoped delivery keys, audit logging of operator actions.

Assistance

We assist with data subject requests and provide deletion confirmation on request.
