Who we are

Cofactor, LLC is the controller of account, billing, and support information for I Love That Photo. The business address is 4301 S Flamingo Rd, Ste 106 PMB 610, Davie, FL 33330. Contact us at support@cofactor.consulting or through the contact page at /contact. This policy is effective October 13, 2026. For the personal data in photographs and metadata you upload, you are the controller and we are the processor, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.

What we collect

We collect account details (name, email), the photographs and metadata you upload, support messages you send, and delivery logs (request time, path, referrer, coarse region). Payments are processed by Stripe. Each product has its own Stripe account. Stripe collects payment details. We receive billing status from Stripe, such as whether a charge succeeded.

Why

We use this information to provide the Service, to protect delivery, to bill a paid subscription, and to answer support requests. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the contract with you to provide the Service and take payment, and on legitimate interests to keep short delivery logs and secure the Service.

Retention

Delivery logs are kept for 30 days. Content is kept while your account is active and for the grace period after cancellation, then deleted. Stripe keeps payment records under its own terms and as needed for the charge.

Sharing

We share information with infrastructure providers that host and deliver the Service, under contract, and with Stripe to process payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each product has its own Stripe account. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, and export of your information, and you may object to or restrict processing where the law gives you that right. California residents may ask us to know, delete, and correct personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request. Export and deletion of your content are available from the app while the account is active and during the grace period. Write to support@cofactor.consulting or use the contact page at /contact.
