Set the policy to Block and requests from known AI training crawlers are answered 403, and delivered images carry headers and metadata that ask well-behaved crawlers not to use them for training. It does not stop a determined scraper; it removes the easy path and records your intent.
Search engine image crawlers are unaffected unless you also set the project to No index.
